Recent investment of over 2 million Euros on two eight-colour Gallus EM430 presses ensures superb quality results and optimum cost effectiveness.
The presses can be used to produce self-adhesive monofoil labels, PET lids and film and board substrates. Servo direct drives for all key settings enable us to produce top quality small and medium sized runs cost effectively.

Computer to Plate
Our Reprographic Department has been designed to increase the quality of your digital printing plates. We are able to achieve results that are consistent with litho and gravure. Flexo cannot be beaten in terms of cost efficiency and speed.

Environmentally Sustainable
Our CDI images straight on the plate and eliminates the need for film, what’s more flexo has 50% of gravures CO2 emissions. With spot colour to process conversion, less ink and substrate is wasted and this further reduces prints environmental footprint.
